Brief: Work as the T&G Marketing arm in China to support key accounts and align with global brand standards
Approach: We hired our own team of Brand Ambassadors, trained them and used them to conduct in-store tastings in our key accounts to boost sales and grow brand recognition during season. We created our own social media accounts to promote the brands and generate the content our key accounts were asking for. We also ran cross-promotions with fitness studios and healthy foodie festivals to grow brand awareness and gain consumer insights.
Results: Increased sales, 'on brand' collateral and consistent messaging and a stronger brand position.
