You'll steer and develop memorable F&B brand experiences across luxury hotels, elite restaurants, exclusive member venues, major retailers and VIP spaces in Asia. We're seeking a creative force to spearhead event programming from inception to flawless execution. Is this the next chapter for your event production career?
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise signature event programs supporting premium brand objectives
- Architect detailed event plans, driving strategy around budgets, venues, partners
- Secure optimal pricing/contract terms negotiating with venues and vendors
- Oversee technical production including lighting, audio, video, decor
- Strategically manage guest and VIP communications, travel and logistics
- Lead vendor/partner relationships bringing events to life
- Orchestrate events consistently aligning to brand standards
- Steer post event follow-up and reconciliation with analytical insight
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years planning/managing luxury or high-profile events
- Strong project leadership coordinating cross-functional teams
- Keen eye for detail with strategic and creative problem-solving
- Polished communication style liaising across cultures and executives
